Safety and well-being are our top priorities. We meticulously plan routes, accommodations, and activities, choosing secure and reputable partners. Your trip host + translator/guide are always available to ensure your comfort and address any concerns.
What are the groups like?
Our trips are intentionally small, usually 8 to 12 women, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Guests are women 30+ who value meaningful experiences, connection, and exploring together.
Many join with a close friend, sister, or travel companion, while others come on their own and quickly feel part of the group. The experience is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and naturally social.
What accommodations do you use?
We carefully select boutique hotels, charming apartments, and private villas that offer comfort, character, and central locations. Expect beautiful, well-appointed spaces that enhance your travel experience.
Are excursions physically demanding?
Our itineraries balance engaging activities with opportunities for relaxation. While tours involve walking, we prioritize a comfortable pace suitable for all participants. You'll also have free time to explore at your leisure.
What's included in the trip cost?
Each trip itinerary details inclusions, which typically cover accommodations, select meals, guided tours, cultural workshops, and private transportation during the trip. We clearly outline what's included versus what you might choose to spend on independently, like personal shopping, alcohol, or optional activities. Detailed cost breakdowns are provided with each trip.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent. Please refer to the specific terms outlined for each trip, or contact us directly for details. We also strongly recommend travel insurance.
How does Share the Journey work?
Invite a friend to join the same trip you are booking. When they reserve their spot, you both receive $100 off your trip.
If you invite more friends, the same applies. Every friend who books receives $100 off + you receive another $100 off. There is no limit.
To refer a friend, simply contact us.
How do flights and transportation work?
We provide carefully researched recommendations to help you choose options that align with the group’s schedule and then you book the flights.
We arrange private airport transfers based on those recommended flights and handle all transportation throughout the journey.
If you prefer a different flight schedule, we are happy to help arrange a private airport transfer, with the cost paid separately.
What should I pack?
You'll receive a comprehensive packing list tailored to your destination's weather, cultural customs, and planned activities. We emphasize comfortable footwear for exploring, layers and versatile clothing options.
How do you handle dietary restrictions or health concerns?
We strive to accommodate all dietary restrictions and health needs. Please communicate these to us during the booking process so we can make necessary arrangements with our accommodations and dining partners.
Will I have internet access?
Wi-Fi is generally available at our selected accommodations. We also provide tips on phone use abroad and how to stay connected during your journey.
